Starting the day at dawn and finishing it at dusk was not an infrequent occurrence while growing up on the family farm – it was the norm.

 

Naturally, as I stepped into my own skin I was somehow, whether intentionally or not, dragged away by other things.

In any case, success in business is the result of hard work and regardless of whether I was working the farm, or working in the service sector I found that my days were long.  Working for myself had it’s rewards but it was lacking something.  Something big!

 

My father has been a farmer all his life and also an agricultural service and supply provider for well over four decades, where he spent many years selling, amongst other things, mineral supplements for animals.   It was during this period that he realized that animals needed a lot more in the way of nutritious feed and less in the way of supplementation.  Dad subsequently went on to develop a highly specialized Humic Acid product that was unlike any on the market then and even now.

I observed the rewards that dad was experiencing and realized what I was lacking in my own life, “The Something Thing” I mentioned earlier.

 

What my father was experiencing was the beneficial cycle of success, where everybody involved experienced success from our family business to our customers, farmers and even the end user. 

 

It was this cycle of shared benefit and success that finally drew me back to my families agricultural services & supply business.  Several years ago I finally returned to the family business, where today, I am in charge of day to day operations and overseer the production & promotion of our Humusolver (Humic Acid).

Promoting our Humusolver (Humic Acid) to farmers and working closely with them in order to achieve greater results for their investment in time, money & sweat equity was reward in itself, but a few years ago I came across GroPAL Sea Minerals, and after some time and much thought I decided to try it and see whether GroPAL could be a product that would compliment the existing program we offered to growers.

 

The results far exceeded my expectations.  GroPAL Ionic sea minerals is today an integral part of the program that we offer our farmers all over the United States.

I have found that by working with & educating farmers we are contributing to  greater stewardship of the land, which in turn has a cascading effect of benefit that goes all the way down including healthier land, better and more nutrient dense crops which ultimately contributes to cleaner waterways, a healthier environment, and a healthier population.
